You don't have Arrest Manager - that was LSPDFR's default Arrest Manager, not a plugin. Therefore this crash in the log is most likely random. But you should go into the RAGE settings and increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000

Just to add some info, Immersive Dispatch states that "Make Sure to read and implement the Changes file for xml changes (crashes may occur otherwise)" So I'd double check you made the nessasary changes 🙂

As well as, I advise you remove Code Red Callouts and Interaction+ for the same reasons.

Remove Chill Callouts. It requires Traffic Policer which you don't, and I advise against having as it is out of date.

Load GTAV without RAGE until the siren loading screen. THen ALT + TAB out and open RAGE. Does it crash and if so, attach a log not a crash report.

First of all you don't use the interaction menu to active ELS. You use the dedicated keybinds as outlined in the documentation. If that doesn't make a difference, did you install ScriptHookV? It is a requirement not included in the installation files.

The issue is in your mods folder then. Before deleting it you can try just reverting your previous changes 🙂
