I think it may be a meta file. That could be a place to start

You have some out of date plugins that could cause frequent crashes. They are in bold below and I advise you remove them.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry

As well as, attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory

Readd ScriptHookV and retry. It will crash so attach your ELS log -> a text document in your main directory.

I suggest you uninstall your most recent install and work from there.

I'm pretty sure it is with the vehicles - sadly there is no way of finding the specific file causing it. To confirm, renaming your mods folder to _mods fixes the crash?
