LSPDFR uses native GTAV notifications to work. Go to the GTAV settings, notifications, and enable phone notifications.

I would consider reading the massive red bar on the website.

This is a bug, with a few threads about it. Unfortunately there isn't a solution I know at the moment.

As said in the massive red bar at the top of this website, which you somehow missed, ScriptHookV needs to be updated to be compatible with the latest versino of GTAV. We don't know when it will be updated.

You downgrade GTAV.
