Uhhhh, not quite! Firstly, increase your plugin timeout threshold to 60,000 in the RAGE settings. Then, remove the following outdated plugins:

You are missing the .NET framework; a requirement for LSPDFR. Get it here: Download .NET Framework 4.7.2 Web Installer (microsoft.com)

Have you installed ScriptHookV? It is an external requirement not included in the download.

Try disabling the Stop The Ped Realistic Weapon System. This can be done in the .ini or through the context menu in-game.

Like it says, make sure you installed the dependencies such as RageNativeUI.

Have you configured any weapon modifications? Also, PoliceSmartRadio & Traffic Policer & Arrest Manager are out of date, so I advise their removal.

Use Patchday25. You do not need the vehicle model to be in there. Simply put, the latest Patchday overrides all others. Therefore, always use the latest. 🙂

You are using an outdated version of SHV. Get the up-to-date version here: Script Hook V - AB Software Development (dev-c.com) Make sure to replace all files when prompted.

No-one has a magic wand. You did something do the XML files for Ultimate Backup. That's messed it up. Revert that change.
