Uh, no. All you've done is given your plugins less time to load. If it worked fine with the mods folder disabled, the issue is likely to be in there. Revert your recent changes.

We are disabling your entire mods folder, including EUP. Try without it and see how it goes.

You still haven't done what UnknownBastion suggested: Remove ForceACallout. If that doesn't help, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

There is no LSPDFR crash here. Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry for me.

Have you installed any weapon modifications? If so, revert them & retry. If that doesn't work or isn't applicable, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

By right clicking the GTAV folder -> properties & editing the permissions.

No matter the platform, the installation is the same. Download the manual install from: Open the manual install zip and select all files and folders except the RPH_Readme.txt and licenses. Drag and drop these into your main directory; the GTAV folder. Video:

Go into the RAGE settings and set no plugins to load on startup. Then, enter GTAV and load LSPDFR in-game. How does that go?

Freeroam isn't something you select, it is just when you are free to go around the map without being in a mission etc. You should be freeroaming as Franklin at the beginning. In your lspdfr.ini could you set this please: Networking.DisableServerCommunication = true See if that helps at all.
