    North Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper & E.U.P 8.2 5.0.4 the texture is bleeding through to the default uniform and the hat doesn't show up and only slot 1 and 2 works and the rest is default

    i had to reinstall every thing and now the issue is that police slot work with els and rest of the slots doesn't works only the back lights work go back and forth even with new car packs

    i need help i had to restall lspd and reinstall everthing and now i can not get ELS to work, but on one vehicles. i have tryed multiple vehicles and the ELS DOES NOT WORK any one how that to do
