You don't need to load them individually, if that's what you are doing; "ReloadAllPlugins" will load them all. 🙂

ELS is a script for GTAV, which can be used in combination with LSPDFR. In my opinion the forums shouldn't be separated between the two, but hopefully you understand how they are separate! And do let me know how it goes. 😄

This issue is addressed in the FAQ. Go to the section on freezing.

In your trainer, somewhere, it is set so everyone ignores player / cops ignore player. Disable that.

You've installed many out of date plugins. These are in bold below. As well as, set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true in your lspdfr.ini

Your addons will override your replace vehicles, like I said. You either remove them, or don't. As for the dlc.rpf, re-read the instructions and make sure you are adding a folder to DLC packs, not a .rpf file.

Reinstall your ASI Loaders in OpenIV -> Tools, then, restart your PC. See if that helps.

Aha. They need to be installed in GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday25ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

DLC / addon vehicles will override the Patchdays. That's why they aren't changing. Also, your DLC folder is a mess, you shouldn't have a dlc.rpf inside a dlc.rpf - just folders.

You haven't installed a required dependency; RageNativeUI. Hope this helps 😄

I presume you have ScriptHookV & the XML's installed. Therefore, reinstall your ASI Loaders in OpenIV - ASI Manager, then, restart your PC.

It's since been patched, reinstall UB. 😄
