If the GTAV directory isn't already, make it an exception to your antivirus.

Hiya, Good news - it is a simple fix! Update RageNativeUI.

Rename your mods folder to _mods then retry.

RAGE isn't supposed to recognise them in the console. They are loaded by LSPDFR when you go on duty.

Pretty sure that's just an issue with LSPDFR. Though, you do need to update RagePluginHook, give that a try.

That's code, so I'm not sure why they suggested that. Remove from /Plugins/LSPDFR: - HighPriority Callouts; Outdated - CodeRed Callouts; Outdated - Albo1125.Common

So the issue is with your mods folder. Make sure you have a heap & packfile adjuster & custom gameconfig installed. Should this already be the case, revert your recent changes.
