You need to update RageNativeUI. As well as, ComputerPlus & LSPDFR+ are outdated, as are all of Albos plugins. Therefore, I would strongly advise their removal.

I wouldn't know the reason, maybe it isn't dynamic and therefore doesn't include addons but, I'd suggest looking at a trainer which will help remove that inconvienence.

So what you're saying is that the DLC pack, even when it is empty, is causing you to crash?

Hiya, LSPDFR takes over a pursuit when I create one. Therefore, anything relating to ped behaviour during a pursuit is not me, but LSPDFRs system. That isn't relating to me nor something I can change unfortunately. That said, I personally never experienced this issue. As for configuration, if it was set in the .ini you'd only choose one vehicle (I'm not yet aware of creating lists)....but moreover, then it just becomes "Pursuit of your choice callout." Needless to say, I'll consider it and thank you for letting me know.- 311 comments

If you are using the up-to-date version that should work as intended. To confirm, any addon you install results in crashes? It is not limited to any pack in particular.

That's fine, just remember forums are very much an asynchronous method of communication. If you then attempt to spawn these vehicles in-game: A) How do you do that B) what happens when you do?
