That's odd. So something you've done in your mods folder is rendering some weapons unequipable. Out of curiosity, if you load up GTAV story mode with your mods folder enabled, are you still not able to equip certain weapons?

Try temporarily removing that, see if it makes a difference.

A few outdated stuff, but that is unrelated. Also, you can update 686 Callouts. 😄 You could go to GTAV/Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR (temporarily disabling it), then retry.

Your EUP configs are messed up, revert your changes in regards to them. Also, Albo's plugins & CalloutManager are outdated so, I advise removing them.

There's just a soft-limit really, depending on a variety of factors. Though, callout packs aren't doing things unless you are actively on a call really, so they will be lightweight in comparison to plugins. Find what works best for you. 🙂 Yes.
