I've seen many people who do not know the full capabilities of STP. For example: STP automatically adds a taser, a pistol, a flashlight,a police baton and flares to your inventory. There are so many more things that STP can do.

Not having a mods folder is alright. It's your choice whether you have one or not.

Go ingame, press Esc, go to settings, click on Graphics. Turn all settings as low as possible. Are you using Arrest Manager? Delete it. Albo's mods can cause game instability. Replace them with STP, UB etc.

Where are you installing the vehicles? Patchday 23 doesn't work, so 17-22 will do just fine. Make sure you are using a mods folder. Are you sure it's the vehicles that is causing the issue?

Considering that even RDR2 isn't even working well, I don't recommend it. Have you done anything to the anything to the main directory recently? Maybe edited some files? Verify your game cache. See if that works.

Hmm... it might be a Rockstar issue considering RDR2 isn't loading as well. Make sure you're connected to the internet and you are signed in to Rockstar Games Social Club

So the game is crashing without RAGE? Rename your mods folder to _mods then try

What did you do with GTAV to get a corrupt rpf file? ALWAYS make a backup of your game. also, which vehicles.rpf is corrupted?

1.Check for some mods that eat up or are known to eat up a lot of memory. Also try turning down the graphics settings. If those don't work, it might be your PC that can't handle it. Free up some space in the drive that you have your game on. 2.Remove all of Albo's plugins. They are outdated, eat up a lot of memory and can cause game instability. They also clash with Bejo's plugins. 3.You can change the keybind of the RAGE console by opening Ragepluginhook.exe, clicking the little gear icon and changing the keybind.

Remove Traffic Policer. It's outdated. Stop the Ped has traffic cones. Go to the back of the car, press G (default) a menu will come up. There should be an option for Traffic Cones.

That's normally what causes ELS to malfunction once in a while. Give that a try.

Uh, what exactly is the problem here? Are you not seeing your custom cars ingame? If so try installing in 17-22. 23 doesn't work. Can you not find the vehicles install location? There are several tutorials on youtube.

I'm not asking you to replace your dlclist.xml, I said your vehicles.meta And also, you have to get used to completely resetting your mods. We have to do this every GTA update.

That's how the GTA creators named the firetruck. Try removing the vehicles one-by-one.

Try reinstalling ELS, all of its components, ScripthookV. See if you can open the ELS panel with Control+P. Make sure your Xml's are in the correct folder. It's the pack_default folder. Try reinstalling the Xml's. If those don't work, uninstall the ASI loaders, close OpenIV, open OpenIV, install the ASI loaders again, then restart the computer.

By disabling your mods folder, we can tell if the problem is actually inside it.
