So today I was sitting at the computer like always and I shit you not a nuclear bomb went off at my neighbors house even after it launch me a few hundred feet in the air I manage to get a picture:
 

 
Crazy right? Have you guys ever had this happen? Should I call the cops or something?

So here is the story. It has been below 10 degrees F all day long and i got back to my house a few hours ago and there was nothing wrong. at 12:50 there is someone knocking on the back door so my mom opened the door and its a cop. So i jump out of my chair to see whats up. We come to find out that somehow the hose in our backyard was turned on and it flooded the entire street so we tell him when we got home a few ours ago there was nothing flooded. So he says that my neighbors called it in and their basement can flood very easily. So we tell him we had no clue that it was on and he also said he will make sure that the water company won't charge us for this. So now we have to wait and see if it flooded the neighbors basement and if it did we have to pay a lot of money to them which we can't because of christmas. I hope you enjoyed this story which all this happened about 5 min ago.

The Chinese did not confront the the US, the US confronted the Chinese navy.
 
The Chinese had their own vessel, an aircraft carrier in international waters when US vessel APPROACHED the Chinese carrier, the Chinese told the US  vessel to turn away. the US vessel didn't change their course despite being able to (as the evasive manoeuvre shows), they continued towards the Chinese carrier. The Chinese correctly assessed the US vessel as being aggressive and despatched a intercepting craft, the US vessel held its course as long as possible in order to see exactly what the Chinese navy would do, the Chinese interceptor didn't back down which forced the US vessel to take avoiding action, the Chinese navy escorted the vessel away from the carrier, as is their right to do so.
 
What the US vessel were doing before is not relevant, they still ignored warnings and knowingly approached a Chinese carrier when they had every opportunity not to do so.
 
 
Let's say that you're sitting in the park minding your own business when a man begins to shout at you, you tell him to go away, but he walks towards you. He's a big man whit strong overarms so you take a defensive stance as you expect him to punch you. You tell him to stop again, but he ignores you. You take a step forward to intimidate him, he turns around and leaves, he calls the cops who show up and take you to jail.
You didn't do anything wrong, you were defending yourself  from an aggressor, as you have a right to do.
 
 
Both sides of this has done this trick before and they'll do it again, they both know it will happen and it does not matter in the grand scheme of it all. It's a non-story.

I have began to work on my first Mod/Program for use with LCPD:FR. It will be a dispatching program for all of the LAPD themed Roleplaying Clans out there. In the future though, I do hope to expand it to being a stand alone dispatching software, that isn't themed to any one PD. Below will be some of the Core Features of the software, as well as some information on features that will be put in in future releases. Feel free to comment with any cocerns or requests that could help the development of the program. Also, I will include a screenshot (via Gyazo) of the Login Screen. Current Features
Record Managment to Log suspects data for future reference Call Records so that you can look back at past calls for service A map of Liberty City for reference of streets and Patrol Areas Note to Above: The map used will be the ZoneMap created by JBryan352 Unit creation and Availability for callouts. I hope to have more features by the time of it's first release, but this is what I have come up with so far. I hope to be able to implement all of the features, but, if not, I will get them in in a future release.  
Features in Future Releases
​The ability to track units in real-time by location, beat, etc. The ability to have multiple dispatchers, as of now this system onlys allows one Note to Above: You can have multiple dispatchers, each Dispatcher won't be able to see the data entered by other dispatchers. I don't know if there is still someone from this forum following our game, but I really wanted to tell you that we are officially back developing the game (about a month ago).
Our company closed a deal with a nice publisher and we are going to launch this year (release soon to be announced in our website).
 
I really wanted to thank you, everyone, that supported us in the past and I hope we can count with you again.
Check our website once more to see the news and we even has a recent new (pitch) gameplay video. But our current version (not in video) is MUCH better and we are going to have much more news in our website soon. I really wish I could have some of you guys, fans of police games, to support us.

Its been a long time since my last check here, I was real busy.
Today I want to announce here a game "for fun" I was creating, I got good feedbacks and now I want to finish this nice project. Its called Police Tactics, a game where you control a police officer life, including its duties while in blue/black and while off-duty.
 

 
EDIT: this project is now been developed by my game studio, Odin Game Studio.
 
It will be good to get feedback from a community that loves police related games and this is the perfect moment.

EDIT: Oh I think I get it. Yeah, YouTube has a block option, if they're bullying you and spamming your videos, just block them.

Don't let it overcome your life or even worry you. They are just trying to get attention and put you down to make them self's feel better. You did a very good thing by not threatening/bashing them in this video, you were polite and honest about it. The best thing you can do is to block them and avoid contact. Hope this helps, Have a great day and don't worry about them, their not worth your time.

I've noticed that sometimes the AI reaction to a nearby Police car (on blues) (or, Ambulance or, Fire Appliance) is to either go too far and crash when moving to one side or, in some cases, not to react at all and continue driving as if nothing is happening, even when cycling the sirens. 
 
Could someone write a script to stop this and instead make the AI move neatly to the side of the road or, to make them stop or, something else, something more realistic than drive at the central reservation or to ignore completely.
 
Also, maybe put in that the AI should be forced to do this quicker when the different sirens are cycled....like in real life.
