    Goal of this is to reach more and better cinematic immersion by using gta v native features
    - Inspect the dead ped. Search for their belongings.
    - Find what the possible cause of death was. Possible death cause search

    How to Use: (defaults)
    All hotkeys can be changed in the .ini file.
    .ini file is NOT nessesary. If no .ini file is provided the plugin will output a warning but continue with default settings.

    This mod creates random emergency vehicle responses that will come pass the player. The player should shut down any major intersection to let the emergency vehicles pass by.

    Make sure to put AmbientEmergencyResponse.dll and AmbientEmergencyResponse.ini into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
     
    Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings. 
    You can enter cheat-code "ambientresponse" to force an ambient response.

    Discord Server    /    Installation    /    Progress Board

    Fasten your seatbelt to stay securely inside the vehicle, preventing ejection or being pulled out. If you forget to fasten it, a chime will play to remind you. You can choose from up to 16 different chimes and 2 different fastening and unfastening sound effects.

     
    Important information:
    Want to hold to fasten your seatbelt instead? Set HoldToFasten to true in the Seatbelt.ini
     
    Press Left CTRL on the keyboard or DPad Up on the controller to fasten or unfasten your seatbelt. You can customize these keys in the settings.
    Press F4 and enter "OpenSeatbeltSettings" to open the settings menu.


    Audio & Visual Cues:
    Once you step into a vehicle, you'll see a seatbelt indicator, meaning you do not have your seatbelt fastened. Once you start driving without your seatbelt on, the indicator will start blinking, and a chime will start playing.
     
    Customization:
    There are currently sixteen seatbelt chimes to choose from and four seatbelt sound effects to choose from. If you prefer a different keybind, you can change the keyboard key or the controller button in the settings file.
     
    Settings Menu:
    There is a settings menu you can use by opening the RAGEPluginHook console (F4) and entering "OpenSeatbeltSettings", this will open up a menu where you can change the settings in-game.
     
    Chime Linking:
    You can link different chimes to different vehicles, so as an example, you can link the Dodge chime to your Dodge Charger or your Chevrolet chime to your Silverado. Non-linked vehicles will use the value of the ChimeSound setting.
     
    Quick Exit Feature:
    You can quickly exit the vehicle by double-tapping the vehicle exit key. You will exit the vehicle, and the player won't close the door after exiting, although you can choose to have the player close it by setting "LeaveDoorOpenOnQuickExit" to false.
     
    Miscellaneous:
    When fastening or unfastening, your character will play an animation.
    If you're using a controller, it will vibrate when interacting.
    When fastened, you will not be able to leave the vehicle, nor will peds be able to pull you out of it.
    You can even add custom chimes if you'd like; just place the .wav file in "Plugins/Seatbelt Media/Chimes" and update the ChimeSound setting to that audio file name.

    Have you ever stuck in weapon wheel while exiting vehicle?
    Did you get killed when you find yourself middle of a gun fight while on callout?
     
    If so, you need Fast Draw
     
     
    Streets are safer for officers with this script!
     
    Fast Draw is a simple ScriptHookVDotNet script that allows draw (pull out) the player's pistol easier and faster while getting out of the vehicle.
     
    To use Fast Draw you need to hold down vehicle exit key (Default key: F). If you tap the vehicle exit key your ped will get out of the vehicle as standard (without drawing pistol and closing the vehicle's door).
     
    If you hold the aiming key (Default key: Right mouse button) while exiting the vehicle, your ped will be ready to shoot immediately and leaves the vehicle door open.
    Otherwise, if you don't hold RMB your ped will close the vehicle door and holds his/her pistol in hand.
     
     
     
     
    Installation: 
    First you need ScriptHookVDotNet you can download from: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases
    Then copy scripts folder from Fast Draw.zip to your main GTAV directory.

    July 2025: Currently I am NOT active in GTA/LSPDFR but as far as I am aware, this plugin still works as is. Unfortunately without a working game and no time to code anymore I can no longer support my developed plugins. All my code is available on GitHub if people want to steal / update the plugins themselves. 

    A quick little plugin I threw together for my livestreams to help with scene management chaos....
     
    What is it?
    This is a simple tool that will allow you to delete the closest vehicle to you, similar to the /dv scripts you get in FiveM. It can be used alongside other scene management mods to clear vehicles out the way so you can place cones or road blocks. I plan to use this along with Automatic Roadblocks by yoep or Scene Manager by Rich et al. 
     
    Why not use a trainer? 
    While it is possible to delete vehicles in trainers, like Menyoo or Simple Trainer, I wanted a quick and simple way for me to do this at the press of a button, especially when I am livestreaming and chaos has ensued.
     
    Features: 
     - Stand next to a vehicle and press the key binding (Shift + L by default) to delete that vehicle
     - Protection mode (can disable in .ini) to prevent deleting your own vehicle or emergency vehicles
     
    Known issues: 
    Driver is not deleted with vehicle if stop or slow traffic is activated in Stop The Ped Report any issues here. 
     
    Requirements: 
    Rage Plugin Hook
    This is independent from and does not require LSPDFR
     
    Installation:

    Open-Source 1.0 is here!
    1.0 fixes all previous issues such as non-lethal weapons not being tracked with LSPDFR. All damage should now be tracked.
     
    DamageTrackerFramework
    DamageTrackerFramework is an RPH Plugin that acts as a framework by providing events to other plugins for when Peds and the Player take damage. Previously, the way you had to check whether a Ped was damaged was very inefficient and inaccurate and would often cause major performance loss.
     
    DamageTrackerFramework attempts to remedy this by getting the data directly from the game's memory and passing it to other plugins, resulting in accurate, reliable, and performant damage tracking with a negligible loss of ~0-1fps, in comparison with other techniques which would often drop anywhere from 20fps to 60fps, while being less accurate or reliable.

    Installation
    Install DamageTrackerLib.dll to the GTA V directory.
    Install DamageTrackerFramework.dll to the plugins folder.
    DamageTrackerFramework MUST be started with RagePluginHook.

    Discriptions:
    This mod will change some of the cover animations to NPC style.

    It also includes other changes to the cover idle animation, intro, outro, and weapon holding animations.
    Options include changing the shooting stance and action mode animations for police attribute peds.
     
    This mod is an improved, reworked version of the AI Cover Animations I posted a long time ago.
    In addition, with the help of Wolf Fire Modz, several new features have been added.
    Also, I've changed all installations to OIV format to improve the complexity of the installation process that was pointed out in previous versions.
    I hope you all enjoy it!
     
    Installation:
    0. It is recommended to make a backup of update.rpf before installing this mod.
     
    1. install 0.Core.oiv.
    Notes:
     This mod will replace peds.ymt, pedpersonality.ymt, combattasks.ymt, and weaponanimations.meta. So it is not compatible with other mods that modify these files.
    How to make it compatible with AI Cover, Taunts, & Idle Animations by Wolf Fire Modz is described separately.
     
    2. install options if necessary.
    The following is a description of the function of the options.
     
    0. New weapon holding animation
    This option is included in Core and changes the holding animation of two-handed weapons to a more realistic one.
    Some weapons are not implemented due to the position of the hands in the animation.
    To remove this, use option 4 oiv.
     
    1. New shooting stance
    This option enables the shooting stance in stealth mode at all times. 
    Affected weapons are
    Pistol, Combat Pistol, Pistol MK2, Ceramic Pistol, Stungun
    Carbine Rifle, Carbine Rifle MK2.

    2. New action mode 
    This option changes the animation of the sprints during combat (Action Mode).
    (Trevor will be affected by this option regardless of whether it is enabled or not, as it modifies a portion of Trevor's action mode animation).

    3. New shooting stance + action mode
    This option installs both options 1 and 2.

    4. Remove new weapon holding animations
    This option removes the new weapon retention animation included in Core.
    To remove all options, run "Uninstaller of all options.oiv".
     
    Notes:
    "1. for police peds only" will only change the animations of police peds such as s_m_y_cop_01, s_f_y_cop_01, etc.
    "2. for police peds + mp freemode characters" will change the animations of police peds and EUP characters such as mp_m_freemode_01, mp_f_freemode_01.
     
    If you want to uninstall this mod, please run "NPC Cover Animations Uninstaller.oiv" and then delete NPCCover from dlclist.xml manually!
     
    How to make it compatible with AI Cover, Taunts, & Idle Animations by Wolf Fire Modz:
    0.Download his mod from 5mods.
    1.mods\upload\x64\dlcpacks\NPCCover\dlc.rpf\x64\anim\ingame\clip_cover@.rpf\.
    2. Place all the files of the mods x64c.rp \anim\ingame\clip_cover@.rpf\ included in his mod. You can overwrite the original files(be sure to rewrite combattasks.ymt. Otherwise, the cover strafe will not work correctly).
    3. Install all files except peds.ymt and pedpersonality.ymt from his mod.
    If you want to run the SWAT strafe with a specific character, change the personality in peds.ymt to "swat".

    Introduction
     This plugin aims to change one of the most unrealistic parts about LSPDFR - the taser. As it currently stands now, the taser will always successfully stun the suspect up until a certain threshold, where the taser is then out of range and ineffective. This plugin has two options - either a user-defined probability of the taser being effective regardless of the range, or a probability depending on how far away the taser is from the suspect.
     
    Requirements
    LSPDFR 0.4.9 (Or Newer, if applicable)
    Most Recent Version of RagePluginHook
    Most Recent, Legal Copy of GTAV (Steam, Epic, or Retail All Work)
     
    Installation Instructions
    Unzip the file. Copy ALL of the Contents of the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder into your MAIN “Grand Theft Auto V” or “GTAV” Directory, which contains “GTAV.exe” in it.
     
    Features
    All these features can be customized and enabled/disabled in the RealisticTaser.ini Config File.
     
    Taser Success Probability - Specify the probability of the taser being successful, regardless of how far away the player is from the Suspect
    Taser Success Based on Range - The probability of the taser being successful depends on how far the player is from the Suspect. A detailed description is below.
    Scale Factor - Change how the Taser behaves based on your “feel” for the game.
    Limit Reloads - Limit the taser to a certain amount of shots (default is 2) as in real life. Reload Animations can be enabled/disabled.
    Replenish Taser in Vehicle - The Taser will replenish to the specified amount of shots every time the player enters a Police Vehicle
    UI - A basic UI indicating how many shots are left in the Taser, similar to the Ammo Counter for other weapons. Can be adjusted or disabled entirely.
    Dry Fire - The Taser will produce a Dry Fire (click) sound if fired when not reloaded.
     
    How the Plugin Works
    As mentioned, there are two main options with this plugin. A detailed description of how each option works is below:
    User-defined Taser Success Probability
    Using the “Taser Success Probability” option in the Config file, you can specify the probability that the taser will be effective, regardless of how far the player is from the suspect, provided the suspect is within the default taser range. Setting this to 0 means the taser will never work, and 100 will always work (provided the suspect is in range).
     
    By default, this is set to 69% (nice), the average taser effectiveness reported by Police Departments in 12 major U.S. cities in 2015, according to a 2019 NPR article titled “Despite Widespread Use, Police Rate Tasers As Less Effective Than Believed”.

     
    Range-defined Taser Success Probability
    This is, in my opinion, the better option. When “Taser Success Based on Range” is set to true in the Config file, the chance of an effective taser deployment will depend on how far away the player is from the suspect. This is the default setting.

     
    Using the above data from the same article from both New York and Fort Worth, it is clear that taser effectiveness is far higher when the suspect is between 3 feet (1 meters) and 10 feet (3 meters) away. Effectiveness drops significantly after this threshold. Extrapolating this data results in the following graph (note the probability of success (%) is the y-axis, and the range (in meters) is the x-axis.

    If you are curious, this results in the function
    y = 60.7539 / x^0.824732 - 12.821 where x is the range between the Suspect and Officer in meters. Of course, this is only an approximation based on yearly data from just two Police Departments, but it’s what I went with. This means that you will have to be quite close to the suspect in order for the taser to be reliable, which is true to life. The taser may still work at farther distances, but its reliability will drop off considerably quickly as demonstrated in the above graph.
     
    GTAV Distance Scaling - Important!
    An important note, GTAV does not have the same distance scale as real life (distances in GTAV are much larger than they would feel in real life). Think about how you can easily drive over 150 km/h on a city street in GTAV, but it seems far slower than 150 km/h would actually be. The setting “Scale Factor” will multiply the distance between the player shooting the taser and the suspect to compensate for this. The default is 3, higher values will increase the taser’s effective range, lower values will decrease it. You can adjust this to what feels realistic and natural for you.
     
    How to Use
    This is an LSPDFR plugin. It is placed in the Plugins/LSPDFR folder. It will be available once you load LSPDFR and go on duty. This plugin originally was intended as an RPH standalone plugin, however there was a bug that seemed to occur whenever LSPDFR was loaded. I may release the standalone version of this plugin in the future if people request it.

    This mod simulates the flight patterns of Southern California (more specifically, Los Angeles area) law enforcement air support helicopters. That is, they will orbit around a target entity or position instead of just hovering above. A spotlight will track the subject when night-time. You may also call for a backup heli anytime while on-duty.

    Installation 
    Install RAGEPluginHook 1.74+.  Drop the "Spotlight.dll" file and "Spotlight Resources" folder into the "Plugins" folder in your game directory.  
    Controls
    This plugin has 3 input layouts:
    Keyboard:
    For toggling the spotlight press I.
    For moving it use the NumPad (NumPad4, NumPad6, NumPad8 and NumPad2). 
    For tracking peds or vehicles press NumPad3. Controller:
    For toggling the spotlight press LB + X.
    For moving it use the left stick. You can change this to the right stick or the DPad in the General.ini file. Mouse:
    For toggling the spotlight press I.
    For moving it hold down the left control key and move your mouse.  
    And to open the in-game editor press F11.
     
    Check General.ini file to change which keys/buttons should be used, or if any controls should be disabled.

    A long time ago I discovered the awesome XScanner plugin and figured out how to include my own clips for fun. So, what I've done is gone through literal hours of police radio recordings, including some recorded myself of my hometown's police department, as well as samples from this awesome YouTube channel and a few other sources to bring you 162 new audio clips (with more coming) for your immersive pleasure. I tried to avoid any clips that would usually necessitate a response from any available officers, such as officers calling out being under fire or officers down. because I felt not being able to actually respond to those would be a little immersion breaking. What we have here are a collection of clips from mundane radio traffic as well as foot and vehicle pursuits. In total, you will have a brand new ambient dispatch environment operating in the background

    XScanner is required for these clips to function. I linked to it above and in the readme. Its a simple install and well worth the .5 seconds it'll take you to install it.

    Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups.     A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it.     Q: X isn't working why?
    A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
     
    Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
    A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis
