Reinstall Traffic Policer and to confirm also RageNativeUI and Scripthookv (they must be in the GTA 5 main folder) and than, if the problem will be not resolved, remove Chill Callouts

Is necessary only set the timeout to 60000 (ms)

You can reinstall it, so all the settings become default

Your problem is that ELS works on the keyboard but not in the controller or ELS doesn't work

Try removing Beach callouts

The crash doesn't indicate the specific callout, i recommend to reinstall each callout one at a time to see which is/are causing the error

Disable your ambient events that come from lspdfr, you can disable it from the lspdfr.ini file (it is into the lspdfr folder)

Into the GTA 5 main folder (the game file path) send a file named ragepluginhook or ragepluginhook.log (is the same file), we need it to check the potenzial problem

Try to reinstall Better Ems, if the problem will be not resolved, remove it

Try to restart your pc and make an exception of the game to the antivirus, if the problem will be not resolved, clean your folder

Did you changed something to the Interaction+ settings?
