LSPDFR crash using reloadallplugins
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Remove everthing inside the commandline file, make an excception of the game from your antivirus and restart your pc. If the problem will be not resolved disable also Windows Defender and clean your folder. Update also .Net Framework to 4.7.2

[SOLVED]LSPDFR crash when load the character
Exception message: Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x79fbb0c5. You have replaced an invalid model. The model with hash can be find it into the file vehicles.meta. Remove each pack to find witch vehicle is the problem.

Yes remove everthing inside it. Than enter in-game with ragepluginhook and if the problem is not resolved go and follow the steps i ndicate you after: steps: 1) remove all the ragepluginhook files and uninstall lspdfr 2) If you have Steam version check files integrity, if you have Rockstar Games Launcher version open the launcher with administrator privileges and enter the game 3) check if the problem is resolved

No, you must follow where are putted the files by the author. So enter first LSPDFR folder - Police Scanner - Federal Audio. This folder you must put it into the lspdfr folder - audio - scanner. Than open Plugins folder - LSPDFR and put the folder and the other 2 files in the same path, so Plugins - LSPDFR

Yes, you must put that file into plugins folder and then LSPDFR folder, if you haven't this last folder create a new one

Update Ragepluginhook to 1.78 and remove Parktools because i think that it is a problem inside the plugin and now is removed from the author, if you continue to have problem remove all the Albo1125 plugin

All the Albo 1125 plugins will be not more update and they will become more incompatible with more problems, i recommend to install Bejoijo's plugins. In this case without i read your crash report, i think that Traffic Policer is the problem

LSPDFR FPS DROP
Yes so I have the same i playied GTA 5 with 70-80 fps and with lspdfr now i play 40-50 fps and normally i play with 18 fps. I have, how your pc, a laptop so with a Integrated card, that is more slower than a graphic card in desktop computers
