here is another part for everyone. it is scaled to size and posittioned all you need to do is to give the objects matrial wich would be black which most vehicles already have a black material.
 
 

This is a pack I've been working on for the last few weeks on and off.
It's undergone many changes and set up's
All the original vehicles are available in an unlocked state on various other sites
Interior equipment is minimal ( it is the 70's after all )
Please install all the files so the lights work properly.
Pack is final and will not be updated any further.

The reference pictures I went off didn't show any either.
 
I may add more vehicles at a later date. ( most not used by the MSP )
 
I did set up a 2014 Tahoe, but it developed problems with textures, so I'll have to debug that before I upload it.

To Install. Use Open IV
Go to GTA V > x64 > audio > sfx > S_MINI_SER.rpf and drag and drop all the files
Then go to x64 > audio > sfx > S_FULL_SER.rpf and drag and drop all the files.
Replace files if prompted.

And There Is Textures Out There But TN State Trooper Doesnt Have Red Lights And That Pack Went On

I Set This Up Like The Tn Pack Winrar Beecause It Can Get Confusing Each Car Folder Has The Texture For That Car 
So Install The Car And Then Come To My Winrar And Install My Car.

But it was $60 so who cares?
There's no door collisions and a couple of other small bits.
A competent developer will sort those out no problems.
 
It will come with a template and the skin in the pic

I spent best part of 4 hours drawing these up in paint.net so you don't have to.
Plenty of scrolls and designs to choose from.
Also full sheets, red, gold, silver and blue.
Credits where they're needed please

I couldn't find one, so I made one in Zmodeler3.
It probably isn't accurate, but it looks ok.
It's set up for ELS (extra_ten) 
The lights themselves are set up as siren17
For the love of all that's holy, I can't get it to spin on the z axis only the Y
Hopefully someone here can set it up correctly and tell or show us in a tutorial video ???
 
It's a dev part. converting to other games is fine.
Just don't sell it. ( unless you cut me in with 10% ) 😉

Después de 2 semanas de vacaciones he vuelto y con 3 skins para ustedes, de la LABOCAR, GOPE y de la S.I.A.T de Carabineros de Chile, este vehiculo es ELS  y remplaza el lugar de *pranger* tambien pueden ponerlo en otro lugar cambiando el nombre de los archivos yft, ytd y ELS, Les recomiendo los siguientes lugares:

INSTALACIÓN:
 
DEBEN DESCARGAR ESTE VEHICULO: 
 
 
1- Instalen el ELS en Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto V / els / pack default y pegan el archivo Xml.
 
2- Deben ingresar a la carpeta de la camioneta y elegir si quieren la camioneta con o sin el parachoques (Los archivos que están en la carpeta de stock bumper no traen parachoques) y cambian el nombre de los archivos que terminan en yft a *pranger* o a cualquier otro de los comentados más arriba.
 
3- Una vez de que tengan listos los archivos yft y ytd los deben agregar en:
Openiv / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday26ng (o el mas reciente) / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf (apretan vehicle.rpf y agregan los archivos (.yft, _hi.yft) y agregan el archivo ytd de alguna de las carpetas que trae mi mod
 
4- Deben instalar el archivo vehicles meta o desaparecerá el vehículo a cierta distancia: 
openiv / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data / levels / apretan la carpeta que sale que es gta5 y PEGAN VEHICLES META QUE VIENE EN MI MOD.
 
5- Pueden entrar al juego y disfrutar la camioneta!

This is my SAHP pack
Various vehicles with different set ups.
Textures based loosely on Montana
 
FBI Taurus is for the investigators and comes with evidence on the front seat.
 
CVPI utilises the older style livery
 
Charger is ghosted 
 
Install the vehicles.meta.  mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
 
And the handling.meta.  mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
 
These are both essential for the pack to work properly ( LODS and HANDLING and correct drive trains)
 
NO assistance will be offered if you don't!
 
All templates and vcf's included
 
Use them in SP set them up for FiveM or whatever
 
Just credit me where it's due
Place all of these in your latest patchday

Hello everyone, here again with another pack
Today I am releasing my Vancouver BC Police Pack
I originally had this pack planned for release on 6th of February, but I have decided to release it today
 
This pack contains most cars that Vancouver uses today, with the exception of the Expedition. I made a marked one and they never hade a marked one, but I liked the lightbar that I put on it so I left it in there. Now I may update this to have more cars, such as the Ford Transit van, but I am still not sure if I want to add that. I hope everyone who downloads this pack enjoys it, as it took far longer for me to do, than most of my other pack. This will not be my last pack that I will make from British Columbia.
 
My next pack I am working on is from my home providence of Nova Scotia (again), which will be the city of Halifax.
