To Install. Use Open IV
Go to GTA V > x64 > audio > sfx > S_MINI_SER.rpf and drag and drop all the files
Then go to x64 > audio > sfx > S_FULL_SER.rpf and drag and drop all the files.
Replace files if prompted.

You will have to use vehicles from this pack if you want to make reflective textures.
All textures are on a clear background.
So the vehicles will naturally spawn white.
 
Change the window tint on the Tahoe to 'None' with your trainer or the lightbar will come out black
 
You will need to install the vehicles.meta file or the Tahoe will fall over.
It goes in 
mods / update / update.rpf / common / data / levels / gta5
 
Varying lighting set ups and equipment
Valor lightbar
The ALPR is set to extra_11, so it can be disabled if you wish
All textures are reflective and all of these vehicles give you the opportunity
to create your very own reflective textures without the hassle of using Zmodeler3
The reflective parts are...
All doors from the bottom of the windows to the bottom of the doors
Front wings
Rear quarter panels
Trunk/Boot lid face
Rear bumper face ( excluding the Taurus and Tahoe )
I have removed the door trim on some vehicles for visual reasons
 
When making a reflective texture
Put whatever you want to reflect light on a CLEAR background, save it as 'Reflective texture' and replace the 'Reflective texture/livery' in the vehicles .ytd
I advise not having anything black or any unit numbers on the reflective texture
You can install multiple liveries as long as there are no unit numbers on the parts listed above
(Roof, 'C' pillars and trunk/boot top are OK)
 
I'm currently working on adding more vehicles
Including pickups and other SUV's
 
 
This is my tutorial on how to create a reflective vehicle. It's 50 minutes long, but it's a step by step with narration and click by click.

It's not recognised as an emergency vehicle by AI
So drive code 3 with care.

Here's another little pack I had lurking on my computer
 
Just 2 cars
Pick up has a bike rack with a bike set to extra_11 so you can spawn it with your trainer if it doesn't spawn with the truck.
 
You must install all the files in for the lights to work properly
But MAKE BACKUP'S of your original files first.

I'm Taking a break from police vehicles, so I decided to put this little pack together for you all to enjoy.
To avoid disappointment, You can not get in the bucket ( don't blame me, It's R*'s model)
You have to install the vehicles.meta file for the crane to work, although this is purely a visual thing and optional.
 
Use your roof control to raise/lower the crane 'H' by default
 
The pack is final, so it will not be edited or updated
 
Templates are included. There's no Red/Blue options
 
The ladder on the F350 is set to extra 11 so it won't always spawn, but you can use the vehicle components option in your trainer (SNT)
All the shelving in the back of the van was built and stocked by me
As were the bags of sand and cement in the back of the pickup (Blue Circle cement is widely available in the UK as is DIALL building sand ( from B&Q DIY stores ))
 
The install instructions are in the download

Textures are based on Portland, Maine.
 
Vehicles are fictional
 
All come with generic equipment
All blue lighting with TA's ( Off at light stage 3 by default. Turned on with the 'K key )
All are locked as per the authors request.

I decided to update my BC Ambulance Skins now that there are better Ambulance Models Available. Originally was a reskin of the basic ambo model. This is a reskin of Keiths E350 Box Ambulance which is a fantastic model and more accurate representation of a couple models used by the BCEHS, in Vancouver and British Columbia Canada. This allowed a more accurate representation of the Livery and this model supports ELS. 

THIS REQUIRES KEITHS E350 Box Ambulance which can be found here: 
 
Includes 3 liveries, Basic Life Support, Advanced Care, and Critical Care variants.

As I've been playing LSPDFR since gta 4 (lcpdfr gang) I've always wanted to convert my world to be closer to real life as I live in Canton.
 
I just released a mod to convert the police skins to Canton Ohio Police department so now I have decided to release my own Canton Ohio Ems skin as well. Let me know what you guys think! Gonna try to do a Fire department next to finish the build.
 
Not a Modder by any means I actually do Roofing and Build houses so this is by no means my trade. 
 
Of Couse you will need OpenIV to do the modifications necessary.
