I'm working on it right now bud. Expect a full update within the next 30 minutes. Hopefully all Police, sheriff and Highway Patrol will no longer say the dreaded Kifflom.

Only the female officers will use the phrase unfortunately.

sheriff peds files, the oac files, are not working when I import them. 

you should include a readme with install instructions

Sorry bud. I've put the sheriff .oac files in, instead of the .awc I'll get right on it. Give me 5 minutes.

Providing the EUP models replace the ones listed, I don't see why it shouldn't, as it only changes the speech.

or GTA V /mod /x64/audio/sfx/S_MINI_SER .rpf

or GTA V /mod /x64/audio/sfx/S_FULL_SER .rpf

or GTA V /x64/audio/sfx/S_MINI_SER .rpf or /S_FULL_SER .rpf

I don't use a mods folder bud. But if you do, the yes, got to mods >x64 > audio > sfx then drag and drop all the awc files from the from the  S_MINI_SER rar into S_MINI_SER.rpf.

Then back out and go to S_FULL_SER.rpf do the same with all the awc files from the S_FULL_SER rar

Hey Officer Wade! I am really glad to meet finaly someone talented on audio files modding. If you can will be great to improve the realism of the game with my idea,and you can't deny that this thing missed. Look,if you know about how LSPD megaphone works you will understand me. When in a pusuit,you use only megaphone speeches with insults,right? But in a traffic stop when horning the game reads the most used speech lines without any insults. That applyies on all male cop characters(I haven't try to be a female cop yet). All that I want is to make somehow to change the speeches between them or to add more speeches for each cop character,since the audio files are pretty limited(4 or 5 speeches per character). So if you will done this will be awesome.

I know, I used audio files from GTA IV, and unfortunately they didn't have any female officers, otherwise  would've included them.

can you use some random female audio or do we have to make our own. 

If I can find some audio with a female asking for I.D. I'll redo all the female police peds.

It still says "KIFFLOM"  when i use EUP, can you fix that?

You have to set your voice to a cop ped using the EUP menu or your trainer bud

Finally found something like this, Hate the "Kifflom"..

So why, exactly, couldn't you add the instructions to the Full pack as well?

Because I didn't need to. The instructions cover both packs

Not 100 % sure to be honest bud, I just looked through them both for the kifflom phrase and changed it

I installed it last night but haven't had a chance to try it.  In the file folder that these go to I see a mini and full files in there to so maybe some how they are needed to work.  Thanks for coming up with this!  It just didn't make sense why the officer would say kifflom when asking for ID.  Don't preach to the person, just ask for id lol.  This officer is another kifflom nut, no wonder they take off from me.
