Agreed. Some people (like myself) havent even played a console version of GTA V so we have yet to even explore the slightest bit. My friends have the game for Xbox 360 and PS4 but I declined the offer to play because I wanted everything to be fresh and somewhat a surprise (watched some YT vids). So this delay only makes it worse that I have to wait until April to play on the PC.

Women are magical special creatures that cannot be touched. Everything depends on the circumstances but yes Women can be hit, by men or women. In my opinion people should not be hitting people. Men should not hit men, women should not hit women. This whole im special so you cant touch me because your suppose to be stronger than me is gender roles. I despise gender roles. I am a anything I can do you can do type person. Obviously I cannot hold a baby, but other than that everything is the same. We all have two hands, feet, eyes, arms and a heart. We all have a brain and we all breathe the same air and need the same core things. So yes, Men can hit women, but in the end people should not be hitting anyone.

I feel the same way. I have tried to extract certain parts of different sirens and Frankenstein them together. Even matching frequency and length. However I still get those artifacts. If there was a program it would be so much better to use chosen tones.

You can actually push that Citation amount button (F9, F10) up to three times (as I tested, any more than that most of the times caused problems). I have given people $300 dollar tickets at their window. Push the button, wait for him to start his ticket animation then push it again. As some others have stated, its not typically the ticket prices that get you. Its the court fees.

Yes that makes perfect sense and is easy to implement. Po1 2 3 4 or pol1 2 noose, FBI. Either way great to have those options. Opens up this script to different peoples playing style. Good highway spots really only exist on broker-dukes expressway near the airport. Its the only one with a shoulder. That would be awesome to see.

Trooper stops. I just thought about this while playing (Just finished literally 1 minute ago). I love playing as a State Trooper and it would be cool if you can have the option of spawning a Noose vehicle for the primary. Better yet, allowing the player to configure the callout so they can add Police2, Police3, PolPatriot...etc. Dont know how much more work that would be to implement but it would be awesome. We already have those random police car stops in the Triangle and on that bridge (forget the name at the moment) would be nice to see some Trooper cars pulling over people. Thing is however, most of the time Noose never responds as a Trooper. Just as a heavily armed SWAT member...if only

I wouldnt quit even if I did become a Trooper (assuming your dream job is LE). I find games fun and entertains my imagination. It also helps blow off stress and steam from the real world, to shoot zombies with your friends in L4D2 or just shoot the breeze on Teamspeak while playing Americas Army. I dont think I will ever stop playing video games. Slow down the play due to children and wifey matters but other than that. Nope Nope Nope.

Yeah all we have to do is wait 1 month and like 20 something ish days to figure this out for sure. If they modded the consoles im sure they will mod the PC. This is why companies should just release information about an upcoming game, like 2 weeks before release. Then we can avoid all these hypothetical "what if.." and "It wont be" threads.

That would be to awesome. They can also have different car names for the different State Troopers. Something generic they can add and the community can mod each States vehicle to match the real trooper livery. That would be to awesome. Even have them sitting in the middle of the highway median and whatever direction they are pointing is where they will catch you speeding. Sounds like a great idea and those are usually not included in games lol.

Yeah knew about this for quite some time (Since like .95 I believe). Always used it going to Shots Fired, Domestics and other stuff you'd need backup for. Now that I mainly do Trooper patrolling I don't use it as much.

I do wish that they would reset all stats for 1.0, but I guess before long we will have new GTA V stats!
