Harper, I think he says that if LCPDFR devs don't want to make it "realistic" (read: as he imagined) they should start modding other "shit" (read: games). Yard1, translating untranslatable since 2011! Also, Jakob, the things you suggested are not possible to make due to limitations of GTA IV engine and .NET language. Please don't speak about something you don't know.

I think it's hardcoded in the game. However, cabbies appear only in Algonquin and Alderney, so you can replace that.

This is a RCMP skin for State Trooper ped. I've made it since there are many RCMP cars, but no officers. It uses heads from (permission was granted by him). It's a pretty simple skin, but I like it. There are 4 model variations. That's not even a gaming card. I don't think you'd be able to run GTA at medium settings. The best cards for fair price are HD 6850 and 6870 - with the later and i5 750 I can run GTA 4 on high with 35 - 40 FPS at 1920x1080.

BTW. Size of VRAM is not a good measurement when it comes to video cards. Some 1GB cards are better than 2GB ones.
