I don't know what you're trying to do but it doesn't sound like you should be touching those files..

Start a new LSPDFR folder fresh and make sure everything is up to date. Start LSPDFR without plugins or mods to start with and go from there.

Only thing you should change in Ultimatebackup XML files is the one you can get from EUP Settings 1.5

Plugins list looks good to me, only thing I haven't tested in there is Station19 callouts. I don't use Cop holster but I don't think that conflicts with anything, it just doesn't work when it's conflicting. Looks like the forcing of Rage settings got you through it though. Always at least have forced windowed mode, it's a necessity. Plugins list?

What's your plugin list and StopThePed + Arrest Manager will conflict but wont cause a problem if you use SmartPoliceRadio (as it puts the conflicts into one single list) so it wont dupe anything. I suggest you check out my new thread of plugins that work together and are stable!

Just waiting on them to be approved and new versions will be available soon!

EUP settings 1.5 has an ultimate backup custom XML file that changes these things I believe.

Check out my latest thread I've got it working 100% with quite a few plugins LSPDFR+ does not work properly, it is very unstable and will cause your game to crash especially when other plugins/mods are involved.

I did a stable list for 0.4.0 a few days ago to help people so I figured I'd do it again since LSPDFR has updated. This is my list of mods and plugins, I am able to play up to 2 hours without any crashes (results may vary) with these loading in and working 100%. I found that callouts packs are one of the major sources of crashes also LSPDFR+ also Arrest Manager (realized you do not need it if you have StopThePed, it also causes a crash when police transport is called. Some kind of duplication issue even though only one transport would spawn). Without these two running I am able to run a variety of visual mods with no crashes. Obviously there's a huge limitation to game play as LSPDFR doesn't have that many callouts by default. I am going to be testing callouts packs individually now on this very stable assortment of plugins/mods. If anyone has any suggestions, comments or ideas don't be afraid to let me know in the comments. I will be updating this as I play with callouts mods.

You should be forcing windowed mode via ragehook and then you can press Alt+Enter in game to make it full screen.

Clean start the whole thing, what's your plugin list and don't use more than 5 modded vehicles or things can get funky.

I suggest you put back in the default files and install Vehicle HandlingV with the optional offroad traction pack. I use these and driving feels great and realistic.

Map editor is a plugin/mod that you need to install before. I don't know much about it but I know it's not inbuilt to the game.

Everything on high(not ultra) and particles/post FX both on Ultra/Highest they can go should be sweet for you man!

Press CTRL + P. Does the ELS console come up when you are inside of an ELS vehicle in the bottom right of the screen? If not then you either have installed ELS incorrectly or the vehicle or both.

LSPDFR+ and PeterUCallouts are unstable and will crash your game.
