Get the mod working properly with enhancements like Interaction+, StopThePed, SmartPoliceRadio etc from this forum post. Then add callouts after. Don't rush ahead.

No I gained FPS with visual mods. I used to mod Skyrim a bunch it's pretty simple optimization. Saying "there is no visual mods that can boost FPS" is naive and stupid.

Yeah it did! Going to bed soon but got a stable version running for now. I'll make a thread tomorrow with the full list with links etc. Clean install is always the way to go when it all goes wrong 😂

If you are running 0.4.0 or 0.4.1 then a few of those plugins aren't compatible, mainly vehicle keys. I'm fairly sure that is .3 only. Check this stickied guide on the forums for what's compatible with 0.4.1. The callouts mainly are buggy so avoid those for starters. Check out my thread i made for a stable build without callouts but good fps and stability.

Do you have the latest RagePluginHook? Follow the guides on the forums on how to install manually. I've seen a few people install automatically and have troubles now.

That's good to hear! For now I have using the activity log as a officer log but even that seems to miss a few things. My suggestion if you really wanted to track everything would be to log it in a notepad of some kind either on the computer or IRL 😅

I am starting an entirely fresh modded folder since EUP has updated. I suggest you do the same and also use the new settings file from the same author of EUP.

Plugins list? Looks like a conflict of some kind or (more than likely) you've done a silly and edited the clothing scripts somehow.

This is with ELS installed I assume? You need to edit the .ini config file provided by ELS. It's hard. Use 1,2,3,4,5 for on/off sirens 🙂

Well you using .3 is going to cause all sorts of problems that I know nothing about because I only started playing this mod from .4. Good luck to you sir!

Look at the guides in these forums, there's plenty. Also create an original copy of your GTA file and name it something like GTA OG (or Grand Theft Auto OG) so you're not downloading a new game folder every time.

If it was Interaction+ it must have been conflicting with another mod in your list because I have found it quite stable. It's more than likely a callout plugin that caused the issues.

What's your plugin list and have you got the latest scripthook, RPH, LSPDFR (0.4.1) etc?

A lot of things have updated so i will be changing this list once again so keep an eye on it. This list is still the most stable. (Basically no callouts). Add Code 3 Callouts and United Callouts, if you get bored though. They are stable, United Callouts especially because it was updated for 0.4.1.
