Make sure you can play the game normally without any mods with the controller. There's no reason it shouldn't work unless you've installed the game incorrectly. Works fine for me and many others on 0.4.1

Start a new thread and word what the problem is correctly!

What Michael said, take a look inside you .ini files and you can edit this option!

Make sure you have the latest RPH from the official webpage and follow a guide from someone like Albo on youtube to make sure you've installed it correctly. Also install manual versions instead of the auto. I've seen multiple people have problem with the auto installer now. I guarantee something you've installed is not up to date or in the incorrect location.

I've unbound everything from controller apart from ELS. Just let me know what you need help with when you get to it. For starters you probably just want most of them default until they start conflicting for you. It's a matter of testing mods out individually not just chucking them all in at the same time.

Yep every plugin here is my current build. Played last night for at least one hour without a crash. If you look at the plugins list there is PoliceSmartRadio in there 🙂

If you turn on your sirens before initiating a traffic stop with LeftShift button then they will just stop. It's only when you press LeftShift and signal/siren they will pull over properly. I then use CTRL + R to make them mimic me if they're in a bad spot, then CTRL + R to cancel mimic when they're in the position I want them. Is this what you mean?

I set my key for Ultimate Backup to CapsLock. Because both menus can offer different things and you don't always need UB menu. I tried unbinding my B button in default keys but it wouldn't turn off for some reason so now I've opted to CapsLock and it's fine!

Sounds like you might want to reinstall a fresh modded GTA. Police Trafficer has an inbuilt radar with F5. I think that's what you're looking for. Be sure to check out ZLFCs thread on other compatible mods.

Follow the installation guides carefully provided through the forums here, there's plenty stickied. Albo on youtube is a great help.

Use this with the latest version of EUP Menu and LOA.

Start a fresh copy of GTA add LSPDFR 0.4.1 and then go from there one mod at a time including things like trainers. You have stealth in your GTA directory so you obviously have plugins loaded. What plugins where you trying to use?

This would be amazing if there was audio but Interaction+ has pursuit updates which does it in text down the bottom left of the screen. You can change the .ini file to have it on default as well!
