I have unsubbed from every topic, file, member, etc from my email. I have everything set to NOT email me. I checked each and every category, yet I STILL get emails about updates to forum messages, downloads or content I used to file. I don't want to delete my account or spam block this site as I still like the content, but the email address is being used for business purposes and I can not have these emails showing up.

Windows 10? Is Windows Gaming mode on (Control Panel settings) If so, turn OFF all Windows Gaming settings.

I've noticed peopl/carse don't seem to run from cops when doing traffic stops since 0.4 I won't say it never happens, but since release of 0.4 I've not had one traffic stop where suspects took off during stop after being pulled over (unless scripted callout from other plugins). Is there a potential bug that is causing the peds to not "resist" a traffic stop? Insert other media

I'm not new to making mods, in fact I've made hundreds over the last 30 years, but never any for GTA V. What is the simplest way to add cars to my own scratch made DLC.rpf (?) so I don't have to keep fragmenting the patchdlc files? I've read a tutorial or two but most I've read don't discuss just vehicles or how to make DLC that replaces original cars. I only want to make my own police department in a separate DLC file for LSPDFR but I want them to replace original cop cars so AI units will use them too. I think it would also be easier to have my own private archive so whenever HDD is formatted/game updates I can just add my DLC instead of starting all over again. Yes, I have OpenIV, beyond just slapping the replacements in a new file, what else do I have to do to get the game to override the defaults and use them? Thanks for any help.

Stupid Question: The lower audio that plays already in default GTA V cop cars, is there a way to access that and make it louder? (Watch video or just drive around in a police car and you'll hear what I'm talking about.- 96 comments

I had the same issue. Let me ask, do you have a browser plugin/addon that forces HTTPS? If so, disable that and try again. Alexander's site is HTTPS, but the way the files are called to be downloaded don't use HTTPS, so anything that requires that type of security will fail when trying to download. I've tried reaching out to him, but so far I've been unable to contact him so he can either put a not on his site or change the way files are delivered.

I did search the forums but could not find an answer, Is there a way to change the amount of time to respond to a robbery? I just want to bump it up or down a little to track with what I've experience IRL as a LEO. (No offense intended to the authors of LSPDFR) It might be something super simple I've overlooked, but my brain is scrambled after reinstalling everything twice in the last day.

Figured out problem. Although Alexander's website uses HTTPS, the link to the downloads is not HTTPS and it makes the browser think it's an attack. If you have any browser extensions that force HTTPS, the site will not allow downloads. Disabling forced HTTPS allowed me to download the files. Thanks Cyan, appreciate the info regardless.

Nothing from Alexander Blade's site (Scripthook V author) has been downloadable for over a week now. (If you click on a download it just forwards to back to his homepage, with no file downloaded) Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is ScriptHook V needed for LSPDFR plugins to work? If so, is their an alternative that will work in place of ScriptHook V? UPDATE: Figured out problem. I actually like it booting with my pre-made character IMHO. If you don't want to load it that way, set Ragehook not to auto-load LSPDFR Then just do as @LMS suggests and F4 then load LSPDFR.

Where is this file? Just did a fresh install of GTA V and LSPDFR 0.4 and I don't have that file anywhere in the GTA V subfolders.

The SlimDX.dll included with 0.4 has a version date of March 19, 2016 where as the one included with latest Ragehook is July, 30th 2015 Is that a problem or concern and which to use?
