The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Pulled over peds not "running from stop" since 0.4x

I've noticed peopl/carse don't seem to run from cops when doing traffic stops since 0.4
I won't say it never happens, but since release of 0.4 I've not had one traffic stop where suspects took off during stop after being pulled over (unless scripted callout from other plugins).
Is there a potential bug that is causing the peds to not "resist" a traffic stop?
