The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Nothing from Alexander Blade's site (Scripthook V author) has been downloadable for over a week now.
(If you click on a download it just forwards to back to his homepage, with no file downloaded)

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is ScriptHook V needed for LSPDFR plugins to work?
If so, is their an alternative that will work in place of ScriptHook V?

UPDATE:
Figured out problem.
Although Alexander's website uses HTTPS, the link to the downloads is not HTTPS and it makes the browser think it's an attack.
If you have any browser extensions that force HTTPS, the site will not allow downloads.
Disabling forced HTTPS allowed me to download the files.
