This issue could be RPH preventing a crash made by other modifications. Did the game start normally without RPH? Do you have SHV? Is it up to date?

As for now It works. I loaded a car mod and several MP freemode ped components and everything seems to work fine. Thanks.

It might not be the same problem, but I'm on EGS version and the game exited immediately when the game window should appear. UPDATE: RPH does not show the crash dialog. The ModManager log file is there also, but no RPH log when the crash occur was found because the game crashed before RPH is even able to hook it.

Do you have PoliceSmartRadio or any other plugin installed? If so, did you change the keybindings?

This wont affect LSPDFR. LSPDFR is written in .NET Framework. Let me tell you what these frameworks do: .NET Core and .NET 5.0 and later versions are based on CoreCLR. They run different apps and these apps has been written for potentially multiple platforms and operating systems such as GNU/Linux, MacOS, and also Windows. This one is being actively developed. .NET Framework runs legacy apps that has been written for Windows only. This framework is in maintenance mode (no new features only bug fixes will be added to .NET Framework). And also: There is no single hook that uses CoreCLR-based framework yet. Both RPH and Community SHV .NET uses .NET Framework. UPDATE: Can you update to new 0.4.9 and see what is going on, or have you already updated to 0.4.9? Further looking your log, Have you sure replaced data files when reinstalling LSPDFR?

No. OpenIV loads your car mod etc., but it does not relies on SHV. SHV loads your ASI mods that depends on it, as well as Script Hook V .NET scripts. Both relies on an ASI loader, which is dinput8.dll.

I mean how did you install EUP? Looks like your answer is via OpenIV mods folder and update.rpf DLCs. Well if you could not find an EUP configuration for Ultimate Backup properly you are forced to remove UB, because you can't call backups that way, or consider make your own config.
