Did you use LSPDFR to arrest the ped too? Does this happen on every callout and also ambient pursuits like pressing B to call in pursuit when spotted a car thief? Console is RPH feature - did you change the RPH config?

You need to provide more information. Does the game only crash when LSPDFR is running? Do you have mods installed via LML? Did you undo the operation of disabling mods folder? Do you have any other RPH plugins, SHVDN scripts and ASI mods? If so, provide a list of those.

You cannot use LEFT and RIGHT when navigating a menu? Can you use that in vanilla menus, e.g. Story Mode default Interaction menu, settings menu?

Your symptoms: I can't call a transport to come get the suspect, as it says I have no suspects. I get constant pursuits ending up with the victim dead, and the pursuit doesn't end, and still shows suspect red dot on map even though he's dead. I changed the script command key (the F4 console) to use F3, but still used F4 Answers & Questions: What system did you use to call transport? Stop The Ped? Arrest Manager? or LSPDFR? Is the minimap still flashing? Was the pursuit concluded? If not, have you tried to terminate it? Did you directly edit the config file in order to change keys?

Did you mean "there is too much noise when dispatch audio plays"? Can you describe what are the "noises" if so?

Please verify if the plugin actually was blocked before asking to change config. Attempt to manually fade in the screen.

Can you provide a list of all ASI mods you have installed?

It's probably a vanilla feature. GTA spawns cars with underglow neon lights in some parts of Los Santos, mostly in Davis and nearby areas. It's possible to programmatically disable them however.

It's related to the recent versions of CompuLite. It seems like actually saves ped info when court case created and spawns a ped in order to get it's mugshot for viewing the Court Case. In order to get mugshot, It cannot pause the game.

LSPDFR and other mods can be installed easily with instructions provided by author, and some little research + reading manual files. I'm not willing to get paid, but can you provide a list of what you wanna install?

You disabled both mods and dinput8. It's one of them - either your ASI mods, or something in your mods folder. Keep your mods folder disabled, and then turn dinput8 back on. If dinput8 is disabled, then OpenIV is disabled too - means mods folder is also disabled. If dinput8 re-enabled without mods folder and it didn't crash, it's your mods folder. If mods folder turned back on didn't crash too, it's because you verified the game and something in your game folder was previously messed up. NOTE: To only disable mods folder:

Well you shouldn't use that. EUP Menu is probably not compatible with LML install and you'll have to do that in a "traditional" mannar. I suggest you use vanilla LSPDFR outfit selection instead. NOTE: Vanilla outfit selection is available for EUP only if EUPFR was installed.

EUPFR allows non-player characters to use EUP outfits. If you didn't install it correctly, only you can use these outfits.

EUP and EUPFR are different things. EUP S&R and EUP L&O is the mod adds outfits. EUPFR is the configuration for LSPDFR that let you and your agency, officers wears these outfits. It also defines new agency, if you use Ultimate Edition.
