The configurations are installed, I chose "EUPFR Basic - without addons cars" From the NPC, I create only a partner in Ultimate Backup. Bugs with clothes occur with random NPCs, sometimes a bug with partners near the downtown police station. Most NPCs are wearing the right clothes

Ultimate Backup must be configured separately & correctly to use the correct clothes. If you can't do that, remove Ultimate Backup.

as far as I'm sure, the ultimate backup has nothing to do with it

how to fix the situation captured in the first screenshot, a PED in the wrong clothes is a random patrolman, I didn't spawn him, he himself

• You have EUPFR, EUP Law & Order, and EUP Serve & Rescue, as well as EUP Menu
• You have Ultimate Backup
• You have not installed a config dedicated for Ultimate Backup

Did you:

• Install any extra clothes for MP Freemode Male or MP Freemode Female
• Install EUP Law & Order and/or EUP Serve & Rescue using LML or DLC

I looked at the ultimate backup configurations for eup on the site, they have very few subscribers, does the "basic" plugin like UB conflict with the "basic" EUP only in the minority?

I mean how did you install EUP? Looks like your answer is via OpenIV mods folder and update.rpf DLCs.

Well if you could not find an EUP configuration for Ultimate Backup properly you are forced to remove UB, because you can't call backups that way, or consider make your own config.
