Did you update your SHV, RPH and all other stuffs? Did you update your LML?

From API perspective, 0.4 is a breaking change and anything compiled against =< 0.3 will not work. Anything compiled against 0.4 and later versions should work but there are API behavior changes, so I cannot guarantee if something really works well on this version. You should as least use plugins that are compiled against 0.4.2 or later versions for 0.4.9, if they are not callout. The community uses a much stricter rule where anything is not compiled against recent two minor (0.x.2 -> 0.x.3 is a minor version upgrade, for example) versions should be ruled out. Since some essential plugins by one particular author has some anti-features (must connect to the internet to play, and forced update, etc.) so you should not use those unless you can accept these.

Explain: What is "lawsuit"? What do you mean "cuts off"? Did the callout just disappear before you are able to accept, or the LSPDFR or Game crashed? Also upload your RagePluginHook.log. It can be found in the same directory where GTA5.exe was located.

Some people prefers ready-to-use LICENSEs like Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike. Curse has a "License" field on their file overview page, so you choose either a license that is available (GPLv3 for example) or write your own license (Custom License), or just simply All Rights Reserved.

There was an obfuscated plugin complaining about a missing method: void Stealth.Common.Natives.Functions.CallByHash(UInt64, Rage.Native.NativeArgument[]) Looks like someone apparently "made their own wheel" when calling natives. Regarding replacing outdated plugins, be advised that Bejoljo's plugins checks for updates every time when starting and disables itself if you are unable to connect to Bejoljo's server or the plugin was found outdated (forcing you to update and connect to Bejo's server). This may be unacceptable for some people.

@SammmySecond, this only happens with RPH. A mods folder issue would not let OP enter SP.

Try exclude the whole folder.

Please provide a list of: All of your ASI plugins All of your .NET scripts (under scripts folder) All of your RPH plugins (under plugins folder and not under any subfolder) All of your LSPDFR plugins Vague list of other mods you have

You may have to set Main.PreloadAllModels to false. Change that and see if the map still disappearing.

So if you start game via RPH or hook an existing instance it will show insufficient permissions / bad anti virus message?

Several details needed: Do you have a mods folder or any mods installed via LML? Please provide a list of all of your ASI mods, .NET scripts and RPH & LSPDFR plugins, and (if possible) a vague list of all of your other mods.

Update your LSPDFR. Don't forget to replace RPH files.

This is a crash, not a "blocked plugin".

You can access these interiors by other scripts, or manually loading DLC maps, and teleporting into. TV functions are vanilla; but green juice, shower, closet, smoking, drink, sleeping are reimplemented by LSPDFR (they are LSPDFR features), so you can also write your own script/plugin to do these.
