Try turning on the always on feature for your engine in the LSPDFR Vehicle Menu, should prevent your lights from going darker when you exit.

On top of EUP Menu, you will need the newest EUP update to actually get the clothing items.

Just curious, this probably isn't significant, but what's the usage on your RAM (Memory) and Disk when your GPU usage goes down?

Is your vehicle engine going off when you exit the vehicle?

That's how you change to your uniform. If you don't have EUP installed, I'm pretty sure it only has LSPD uniforms.

Did any of the mods you installed add anything to a menu, like the traffic stop menu, or the vehicle control menu?

I’m only good at support for FiveM, but I’ll give this a try. Can I see your ragepluginhook.log, and have you tried completely uninstalling lspdfr/RPH and reinstalling?

Yeah I was gonna ask someone out but I chickened out so now I just have the hopes that LSPDFR updates tomorrow.

Speculation time: G17 will give those of us who don't have someone to spend Valentine's Day with a copy of LSPDFR 0.4. I predict that it drops tomorrow.

That is literally impossible for G17 to do. The extra mods and scripts you download to add to LSPDFR are what cause the crashes. Those issues and conflicts have to be resolved by the developers of those mods to fix some of the crashing, but due to it simply being third-party when talking about LSPDFR, there is no way around the crashes.
