You're wanting to learn to mod, not model. Modelling refers to scratch making stuff, while modding refers to modifying things to make something else. Anyway, trial and error is your best bet. The tutorials (check the Tutorials tab) out there only go so far and you have to use what you learnt from them and build upon those skills. If you were successfully able to attach a lightbar, you're not far off modding an entire car.

I'd recommend Microsoft Security Essentials (click to go to the download page). It is an excellent all-round antivirus package. It comes with all of the essential things to keep your computer safe. Please note: The above is only for Windows 7 and Windows Vista. Microsoft Security Essentials comes with Windows 8 and up by default - it is called "Windows Defender".

If this happens with GTA IV .wft files, you need to purchase ZModeler. If this only happens for MP3 .wft files, then they must have a different compression or encryption and therefore, ZModeler doesn't know what to do with it. In short, ZModeler can only import GTA IV .wft files (I haven't tried this myself and thus it is unconfirmed, but it's what I think)

The .wft export filter was probably added in a version after 2.2.1. I suggest updating to the latest version (2.2.6).

My older >2013 Dodge Charger has a HQ interior. (Although, it's not quite accurate, it has been fixed in the new base model). Also, just about every CVPI released now features the HQ interior. (Using the base model that Cj24 released here on LCPDFR).

Nothing. I'd either listen to it on Spotify or YouTube. But yeah $2.29 is quite a rip off for a song. Normally they're around $0.99

This is not the way to do it. You have to import the vehshare textures too. If you don't, this causes multiple errors to come up when exporting.
