    I love how, I didn't anything about 0.4 until February..I mean..I saw the pictures...but..I didn't think of a newer version this is so cool I still can't get over the police stations, ped customization etc.

    You don't have to but if you want to then yes, but I recommend remove all of your plugins and uninstall LSPDFR. someone correct me if I'm wrong.
