exactly has title says. i need help with installing few mods: or this Make Visuals Great Again 2.65 mod and i'm also trying to make a car for GTAV in which i could create.. but i'm not sure which program will allow me to do so. any advice?

can i ask yall? don't you need to create a mod folder from openiv to be put in the gtav folder or is it created locally for it to work right?

hey i have a update question, could any of you walk me through the install of VisualV, NaturalVision Remastered for GTAV? i would like to install it for photoshoots there and for photo clear police photos. Edit: i do have OpenIV too, i reinstalled it for this.

another update, i have reinstalled LSPDFR files and mods, everything's good now.
