Do not use Patchday 23; it does not replace all vehicles. As for ELS removing vehicle extras, you probably do not have the right ELS xml files for each vehicle. For using ELS with vanilla cars, use this xml:Did you update your update.rpf in OpenIV?You need to update GTA 5 and LSPDFR. That version you are running is very old, and using plugins meant for 0.4 will cause LSPDFR to crash. Cars are flipping because you need to edit the handling in the vehicles.meta file.
Pretty decent callout pack. The calls are fairly simple, and there are many that could use some more work with dialogue variation, but still a must have!- 635 comments

Good start on a callout pack! Would like to be able to control dialogue, instead of having it be timed. More variation would be great too for both callouts (different things suspect will do/different broken vehicles and situations). On the broken down car call, have the player actually call a tow truck, instead of just having a dialogue. There is also no callout audio, and there is game scanner audio for these calls, so that would be nice to have on the future. Good work on it so far!- 183 comments

LSPDFR+ gives everyone that message since it hasn’t been updated since LSPDFR 4.2. LSPDFR+ still works though. For Rage not loading the plugins, instead of selecting “load all plugins on startup,” try enabling them individually with the “load these plugins on startup”. Then you check off the ones you want to load. If you can manually load the Rage plugins in game, you installed them correctly. For EUP, make sure you installed both Law and Order and the EUP menu. Make sure the cars are in Patchday 22, as Patchday23 doesn’t allow you to replace all cars.Thats what it was. Then reinstall mods in the update.rpf, then you are good to goYou do not have to reinstall all vehicles. Just things like EUP Law And Order, visual settings.dat, etc (things in the update.rpf). The EUP and add-on car folders actually dont get replaced so you just have to edit things like the dlclist etc so GTA can recognize those addons. All of that only took me 5 minutes tops.Hmm. Not that I am going to use it, I just was wondering why it doesn't show up.Update your update.rpf in OpenIVYou really can't. Reinstalling the mods in your update.rpf is the best way to go, dont copy things over from the previous GTA update, as it can mess things up, for example, the patchdays.The log shows you still have the LSPDFR update from march installed. Install the latest version for the new GTA update.
