you need to install a asi loader. When you first Install LCPDFR you can chose either xliveless or dsound. DON'T INSTALL BOTH! Just choose one of them

OMG thats horrible! didn't know that. That poor man was gettin shoot because he did his damn job. Cause he was protecting us. Fuck thats so sad. That reminds me of a video i saw befor. a deputy was pulling over a suv for a routine controll. The driver pulled out a gun and shot the deputy.. you could hear him scream on the video... god..it's stuff like that that makes me proud to say "I support every law enforcment officer on the world" I know that thread is about the show but..just needed to get that of my chest.

a funny thing too is that there is not a single bus (besides the scriptet car chases in the missions) driving around the hole city in the vanilla game.. well on FIA i saw one but not in regular traffic in the city...which is funny cause they are parked all over the city. What happend to the bus drivers? Maybe a bus driver eating virus? xD

ELS uses g to toogle the sirens and gta 4 use g for horns and sirens too you probably want to edit the controlls in gta so that horns and sirens are not on the G key (I changed my horn key to Page Up) that way you can toggle the sirens with g or just use the normal gta 4 siren with another key

one time i was so drunk that i called a cab and drove to paris (do you now where the hell paris is? its about 450 kilometers away from me :D) I can't really remember it. I woke up next morning in a cell in some PD in Paris and they allowed me to call a friend of mine to pick me up. I waited over 4 damn Hours till he finaly arrived Appearently i was unable to pay the taxi driver and he called the police. they found out that i was dunk as hell and brought me to a Police Station. Wanna know how much that shit cost me? 520€'s thats the reason everybody calles me taxi and taximan xD Since that happend i only get drunk when people are around to stop me doing shit like that xD

i think there is a "cars don't explode" option on Simple Nativ Trainer. but i don't know if that just counts for the car you're drving or for every car xD

dosen't really fit in the thread but... I got 4 GB Ram.. should i get a 64 bit OS or is 32 bit enough for 4 GB? Hope you guys can help me xD i'm really not an expert in this Will this give me any performance boost?

Mybe the thread will help you As far as i now: Local Police(for Example LAPD) Takes care of the City County Sheriff's Office takes care of the County (hope you now what a county is xD) And the State Trooper takes care of the hole state.
