hmm did you change something or do u use another mod with it? mine seems to be bright as hell at daytime EDIT// i take it back.. was my mistake I played with the brightnes setting of gta 4 and now it looks much better:

why not using Realistic Time cycle 5? The only problem with it is that the ELS lights are waaay to bright...

Yes i know about that mod but i can assure you that this right here is my work. We just used the same license plate photo (if you google for new york license plates this will be the first photo you will see xD) you can also see a difference in the vehshare.wtd. He changed 3 files in this wtd and i just changed 2 xD ^^ I'm not saying you tried to say it but i want to make clear that i would never steal or hijack any mod^^
