Hello, As far as doing a traffic stop while on foot, I dont think this is possible. I found an old way, but one of the files is no longer available for download so it wouldn't work. You can always hold down E while the car passes but that means that they will just stop and get out and it isn't that realistic. Hope This Helps! 🙂

Hello, Follow these steps below: 1. Launch RPH. 2. When the little window comes up, click the silver cog icon in the bottom left. 3. Head to the Game Settings tab in the RPH Settings Menu. 4. Press the arrow next to "Command Line Switches". 5. Scroll down to where you find a bunch of DirectX entries and screenshot that. Thanks! 🙂

Hello, Due to copyright reasons, you cannot obtain older versions of LSPDFR. However, the older callouts should still work with the newest version of LSPDFR. That is just giving you a warning that LSPDFR may have conflicts. Hope This Helps! 🙂
