Hello, It appears there was an issue with ambient spawns. To fix this, follow these steps: 1. Go into your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Find the file "LSPDFR.ini" (It will either be in the plugins or the LSPDFR folder). 3. Find the line that deals with max spawn events and change it to 0. Thanks! 🙂

Hello, LSPDFR doesnt use a mods folder. This will only be used if you wish to alter already existing GTA 5 files. You can create one yourself by making a new folder in the Main Directory and naming it mods. Hope This Helps! 🙂
