Unfortunately, if all other links are not working (including this one), then you may just have to wait for it to return. OpenIV's website certificate appears to be a regional issue so if you have a VPN, you can always try using that to swap to another region. The American one seems to be working fine from what I can see.

There isnt an outward crash in the log. Please rename mods to _mods and try again.

Enhanced is it's own separate version of the game that comes for free. It should be in your library. It will be called GTA V Enhanced and the old version of GTA V without the graphical enhancements will be called GTA V Legacy. Keep in mind that LSPDFR for Enhanced is currently Patreon only while it is being tested. It will eventually move to a free download. If you do not wish to buy the Patreon, I recommend just playing on Legacy for the time being until it becomes available.

That is just the file. I want you to open the texture dictionary file and screenshot the inside of it that lists the liveries. As long as there is a base vehicle already existing that you want to replace, it should work fine.

Add ScriptHookV back in. Launch it and have it crash. Then send the asiloader.log.

Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

For your ELS? If so, please send the asiloader.log.

It appears that an xml you edited could be incorrect. It could be from Ultimate Backup but both of those loaded successfully. Error: "The '=' character, hexadecimal value 0x3D, cannot be included in a name. Line 538, position 16."

Select the GTA5.exe. Right click that. Select Properties. Screenshot the window that pops up.

EUP Menu crashed. "The given key was not present in the dictionary." What key do you have it set to? Also did you make sure to enter it properly in the ini file?

Send the AdvancedHookV.log file please.

Add your Main Directory and the RagePluginHook.exe to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then test again.

Try launching GTA V first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RagePluginHook. See if that helps.

Add that specific file to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install that file from the ELS 1.05 download and restart your PC. Then try again.
