I did a bit of reading and saw that one of the features is called "Online Mode". Try going into the ini for LSPDFR Enhanced and disable that. See if the stuttering persists.

Just humor me and add it to Windows Defender. Then follow the rest of the steps I put above.

Try adding the Main Directory and the LSPDFR Enhanced files/folder to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install LSPDFR Enhanced and restart your PC. See if the error persists.

You are missing the Settings folder for Policing Redefined. Please re-download and install that folder. It belongs in Plugins/LSPDFR/PolicingRedefined. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

There is no crash in the log. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

The second error itself relates to a specific custom vehicle causing the crash.

You had multiple crashes. 1. Disarm.dll crashed with the reason "Assembly Disarm.dll (Disarm, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null) does not have the required Plugin attribute." Make sure you installed version 1.1 and not 1.0. 2. You also had a "Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x1b38e955." crash. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

If that works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently to the mods folder one-by-one and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you may have to restart the mods folder.

While I cannot think of an outright technical fix for this, you can use Clean ALL The Things.

Additional things to try to combat texture loss: 1. Go into Task Manager > Details > Right click GTA V > Set as a higher priority. 2. Changing the GTA V graphics settings to be lower. Lastly, how much VRAM do you have?

Try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then launch GTA V first, and then RagePluginHook once fully in story mode.

From the RPH Discord, it says to do the following: 1. Add the Main Directory and the RagePluginHook.exe to the exceptions list for Windows Defender. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. 2. If that does not work, you can always disable Windows Defender before starting up RagePluginHook and then re-enable it once it has passed Validating Hook on the splash screen. Note: you will have to do this every time you launch RagePluginHook.
