Update: I was testing and the cause of the crashes is any add-on vehicle I put into the game. Without any, the ELS mod and the others don't give me that type of crash, from what I've seen. I tried with different mod vehicles, and none worked. I added the folder with the dlc.rpf file to the dlcpacks folder, I added the necessary vehicle mod text line to the dlclist file—all of this only in my GTA V 'mods' folders. It's still the same. I also added the 1x5 modification of the modified Gameconfig, and it's still the same. I also have the HeapAdjuster and PackfileLimitAdjuster. What could be happening?

Normally, my game doesn't crash, but after installing the ELS mod, the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster, and an add-on vehicle, every time I press the F4 console key, my game automatically crashes, only when I try to open the console. I took the AdvancedHookV from the official ELS mod folder on this site, just like the other mods I mentioned. RagePluginHook.log asiloader.log AdvancedHookV.log

How? The LSPDFR Enhanced mod is installed using an .oiv file. And I look for an .ini file for LSPDFR and it only shows me the normal one, which doesn't include anything about 'Online Mode' either.

It's still the same; I don't even have anything that would block its use, as I mentioned.

I don't have an antivirus; I completely uninstalled it from my operating system, including all of Windows Defender. And I just tried reinstalling LSPDFR Enhanced and restarting, but nothing. It's solely that thing from the mod that keeps looping every second and causes my game to freeze constantly.

I'm sure that's it because the FPS drop starts exactly when I load the LSPDFR Enhanced plugin and that error starts appearing in the console. Is there a way to disable the 'online mode' of that mod, or some way to fix this issue?
