Re-install the full EUP suite. That include EUP Law and Order, EUP Serve and Rescue (optional), EUP Menu, and lastly the configs. For the configs, do you use UB or default LSPDFR for backup?

Based on the original log you have posted, first try re-installing RageNativeUI. If you are still having issues with ALPR Traffic Cameras, consider removing it to solve the issue. There are other working plugins that utilize ALPR even if not from Traffic Cams.

You have sent the wrong log. Send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

Do you have ScriptHookV.NET installed? If so, try using this version instead. If you do not or that other one does not work, send the asiloader.log and ELS.log.
