Internet shouldnt effect FPS. Other things that might effect it are high resolution vehicles or additional assets like ymaps.

You need to install the audio folder from Grammar Police only for Forestry Callouts to work properly. As it is not included by default with Forestry Callouts.

Just to add on, your game is also outdated. You should do the updating in the following order: 1. Update GTA V. To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files. Verifying Game Files: 2. Re-install manual LSPDFR. This will come with the updated version of RagePluginHook as well.

Open up your RPH Settings. Navigate to the Plugins tab. If EUP Menu isn't selected there, select it. Then load RPH. Accessing the RPH Settings:

Get rid of the second mods folder. Rename _mods back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those don't work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still can't find the problem in the mods folder, you will have to restart it.
