The crash reason in the log provided is an issue with Leroy Callouts. I recommend either disabling the Stalking callout via the ini if possible, or removing that pack. If there is an issue coming from the mods folder, no. It is impossible to diagnose exactly what the problem is.

For the graphics mod, check the download description for required settings and mods. But beyond that, consider trying an alternative one. As for your car mods, can you link one of the packs?

Couple of things: 1. Update: Callout Interface and XScanner. 2. Remove: Immersive Dispatch. There is a newer version that comes with Grammar Police. Try again. If it crashes again, send a new log.

Go into the Plugins folder. Leave only the LSPDFR files and folder. Then try using LSPDFR again.

If you launch just GTA V, does it crash?

If you cannot find the specific files effected by this graphics mod and remove them, then you will have to restart the mods folder.

Looks like you might be having a permissions issue. Select your GTA V folder and right click. Then select Properties and navigate to the Security and select Advanced. Then give Full Control to the SYSTEM, Administrator, and User groups. Lastly, in the same window, check the "Replace all child object perms" box and hit Okay. Then add the Main Directory as an exceptions list for your anti-virus and re-install manual LSPDFR. Restart your PC and try again.

There is quite a few things potentially wrong here: 1. Update: Kuchera Callouts and Super Callouts. 2. Plugins With Known Issues: Callout Manager, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Emergency Callouts, IG Callouts, Leroy Callouts, Traffic Callouts, Typical Callouts, United Callouts, Conversation System, and Expressive. Consider using these at your own risk as they may cause crashes. 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. 4. You have a SpeechRecognitionEngine initialization fail for Grammar Police. Follow the steps in the Language.txt found in plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\documentation.

Try installing the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. Test and let me know what happens.

Based on the last log you posted, you are still having that Grammar Police error. Additionally, you had an issue with Rage.TaskInvoker in relation to a ped. Rename mods to _mods and see if it crashes anymore.
