If the crash is happening when pressing F4, then this is most likely caused by ScriptHookV.NET. You can try updating SHV.NET from here. If you still get the same crash after doing that step, you will simply not be able to use ScriptHookV.NET and anything that requires it. The newest error is because you don't have the updated AdvancedHookV.dll. You can get that from the ELS download. Click Download This File and then select the top download button. Then drag the file in that download into the Main Directory.

The pressing F4 issue is from ScriptHookV.NET. You can try using this version. However, if that does not work, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET. Additionally, go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

Update: CompuLite 2. belicCallouts, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Crazy Pursuit, Fort Zancudo Callouts, IG Callouts, JM Callouts Remastered, Leroy Callouts, Lore Callouts, Ordinary Callouts, Regular Callouts, Traffic Callouts, Typical Callouts, United Callouts are all known to have issues. It is suggested to remove them for the best experience, though it is not required.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and try again. If that works, do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those do not work, you can remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
