While in-game and you press Ctrl + P, does the control panel come up in the bottom right?

You can get the original mpheist from update/x64/dlcpacks and copy and paste it into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.

Keep mods named to _mods. Add ScriptHookV.dll back. Run the game and have it crash again. Then send the ScriptHookV.log.

Does this happen when you launch normal GTA V?

You need to increase your PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60,000 in the RPH Settings. Accessing the RagePluginHook Settings:

The F4 issues is a ScriptHookV.NET issue. If this version does not work, then you simply won't be able to use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it.

Send your RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that doesn't work, remove what you added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Clean your Main Directory by making it look like the appropriate section in the image below. Then verify your game files and test again. Verifying Game Files:

The error was pertaining to Callout Manager. It is outdated and I suggest you remove it. You can use Callout Interface instead. Additionally, I suggest removing Wilderness Callouts. Its outdated and I believe Forestry Callouts is a good substitute. Additionally, it is best to post the log as a new post. Editing the original one show as a notification for me.

Neither of those are the correct log. Please send the correct log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
