You have many callouts and plugins. Try to remove them all temporarily except from StopThePed and UltimateBackup to see, if it comes from one of them.

post your ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder. if we dont find anything in that .log file, it might help posting a video from the error.

By deleting dinput8.dll, you disabled all .asi files. -> So now your game is working, the problem is a .asi file. Try to remove .asi files one by one.👍🏽

this depends on: - if you have a modded ambulance - if you have the same crash at the same point all the time - or if you have the crash only with this callout otherwise you can just disable the callout in the .ini for s136.

Its a vehicle related crash, do you always get that error or was it just once? Error message: S136_CALLOUT_HELPER_ATTEMPTED_RAPE__DESPAWN_AMBULANCE_WHEN_FAR_ENOUGH It crashed while trying to despawn the ambulance after its far enough away.

Line 65, position 52. Have you changed anything in the agency.xml? The error says invalid character <, i guess you have forgotten or added this < letter in line 65.

Do you have a mods folder? try to remove your outdated plugins first, that would be Traffic Policer, LSPDFR+ and ArrestManager

so you have crashes after 5 min playing gta without lspdfr and ragepluginhook?

You need StowTheWeapon: by default the weapons are on the back, now you need the settings file to get the weapons to the front: https://www.9mods.net/mod/stow-that-weapon-203-settings-only

rename your mods folder to _mods if your game works then, you broke your mods folder. you have to start a new mods folder then.

if you want to be 100% sure its in your mods folder, rename mods folder to _mods and start the game. if its not crashing anymore, you can say its the mods folder. fixing by creating a new mods folder is the only option, because we dont know what you broke exactly.
