I went into firewall and added all of rockstar launcher services, gave them public/private access same issue.

For a very long time I've had a consistent problem with RPH. EVERY time I try to open it, it opens the rockstar games launcher in offline mode, and the game refuses to open in offline mode. However, if I open the rockstar games launcher by myself, everything works fine and I turn the game on. However, the trick of opening the rage plugin hook after turning on the game doesn't work, because when I do, it just closes out of the currently open launcher, and it opens a new one in offline mode, and totally ignores the game that's currently open. In the past I was able to use a mod that bypassed the launcher, which allowed me to play, however now it appears that it's been patched, because I'm now getting an error that tells me I'm not allowed to play in offline mode, as it requires an internet connection to verify my copy of the game. I'm at a total loss and I've gone to the ends of the earth in an attempt to solve this issue. Please help!

Man, it's on the front page. RPH is not updated on the website, you have to use the one in the LSPDFR manual download.

I have an issue where if I launch the RPH, it opens up the Rockstar Games Launcher in offline mode which means I can't fucking play the game. The only fix to this is running the launcher in Admin, but you can't do that with RPH, so I do it manually. Before I was able to launch GTA V, then while the game is loading launch RPH, but now, if I do that. It closes out of the rockstar games launcher and tries to start the game, even though it's already started. I am unable to use RPH now because of this.

My other plugins are perfectly fine, and everything is up to date. When I force duty, I get an error saying the file ScriptHookVDotNet3 can not be found. I assumed this meant ScriptHookV was out of date, considering the only file I have is ScriptHookVDotNet2. But that is the most recent release from the ScriptHook website. I'm not sure if this error is related to my problem

I've been having in issue when using the 'ForceDuty' command. It almost always crashes every-time. But, when I load LSPDFR and do it a 2nd time, it doesn't crash. I deleted my old EUP character, and now it's telling me to "Go on duty at least once to select an outfit and an agency." The only problem with that is, when I go to a police station to start a duty, it crashes, and then brings me to a black-screen that I can't escape from. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

I actually fixed the problem! Turns out it was DLS, it has it's own siren commands, and that's conflicting with GTA V's siren commands. I changed them to 'None' and no longer have the issue. Thank you!

Car Modifications? I'm not sure, I use custom cars if that's what you're asking. Yes I use both ELS and DLS

No, I use Rage Plugin Hook for all my mods, and LSPDFR (Obviously) No, I have plenty of plugins installed.

I've been having an issue where the sirens sound normal when I have my lights off, but as soon as I turn my lights on, and use the sirens, the siren noise is doubled over, and pressing the horn causes them to go out of sync, just like if I was using a multi-siren, even though I'm not. I have seen a few people have had this problem in the past, but I haven't found a solution, would anybody know what the problem is, and how to fix it?

Sadly, there was only 1 Bait car plugin that was actually good, and the dev left and never updated it.
