Actually the last message before the crash was "Deserialized Kayne Jefferson" This might be character related, go to GTAV -> lspdfr -> chars and delete the files named Kayne Jefferson

Try to load gta first till you can move the character, then tab out and start rph otherwise rename mods folder to _mods
